Free working session
Book a working session
Bring one process that crosses your systems. We spend two hours mapping it with you, show where Kinetic would sit on top of the systems involved, and send you a written plan for the first application. The session is free and you keep the plan whatever you decide.
USDA Proof of concept on its existing systems in 4 days. Server provisioning went from three weeks to 30 minutes. Read the USDA story
Tell us about the process
Six fields, about two minutes. Fields marked "required" must be filled in.
What happens next
Four steps from this form to a written plan. None of them costs anything.
- Step 1: We reply within one business day A person on our team reads your description and emails you to agree a date and who should be in the room.
- Step 2: A short scoping call We confirm which process, which systems it touches, and what you'd consider a good result. This keeps the session itself on your work.
- Step 3: The two-hour session We draw the process as it runs today, step by step and system by system. Then we sketch the version you would build on Kinetic and mark where AI helps and where a person signs off.
- Step 4: A written plan afterwards A few pages you can circulate internally: the first application, the systems it connects, a rough timeline, and two more applications that would reuse the work.
What you leave with
- A map of the process as it runs today, including the spreadsheets and email
- The first application to build: what people see, the workflow behind it, and the systems it reads and writes
- Which steps AI can draft, classify or summarize, and which need a person's approval
- Two follow-on applications that reuse the same forms, workflows and connections
Three ways to use the session
The shape is the same each time. If one of these is closer to what you need, choose it in the topic field.

Public sector briefing
For agencies and departments: how Kinetic runs in your environment, deployment options and how to buy. See Kinetic for federal and defense.
-
Data-to-action workshop
For BI and data leaders: take one signal from your warehouse or lake and plan the decision, approval and system update that should follow it. See turning warehouse data into action.

In development
Agent-native work, early access
For teams putting their own AI agents into business processes. Agents can already start workflows and create records through Kinetic's APIs and MCP server. Native agent work exchange is in development. See the agent direction for developers.

Questions about the working session
Answered by Kinetic Data. Last updated .
-
Is the working session really free?
Yes. The session and the written plan cost nothing and commit you to nothing. We do this because it is the quickest way for both sides to learn whether Kinetic fits a real process before anyone spends money.
-
Is this a sales demo?
We spend most of the two hours on your process and your systems, and open Kinetic only when it answers a question about them. The plan you get is useful whether or not you go on to buy.
-
Who should attend from our side?
The person who owns the process and someone who knows the systems it touches. The executive sponsor, if they can spare the first half hour. Three or four people works best; for a data-to-action workshop, bring the BI or data lead too.
-
Do you need access to our systems or data?
No. We work from your description of the process and any screenshots or documents you choose to share. Nothing is connected to your environment during or after the session.
-
Which process should we bring?
One that crosses at least two systems and that people complain about: onboarding, a resident or client request, vendor intake, an approval chain, an exception someone tracks in a spreadsheet. A process that runs every day is a better choice than a big one that runs twice a year.

We are a partner or reseller. Is this the right form?
Yes, if you want a joint session with a client; mention the client in the process field. To register a deal or ask about the program, email partners@kineticdata.com.
