What is the Kinetic Platform?

The Kinetic Platform is a workflow orchestration and service delivery platform. It sits above your existing systems of record — ITSM tools, HR platforms, identity providers, cloud infrastructure, and custom applications — and connects them into unified, automated workflows with modern user experiences.

Core concepts

Workflows

Workflows define the sequence of actions, approvals, and integrations that make up a business process. A workflow can span any number of backend systems and include conditional logic, parallel execution, and exception handling.

Forms

Forms are the user-facing interface for workflows. They collect input, display information, and guide users through multi-step processes. Forms are built visually and can pull data from any connected system.

Integrations

Integrations connect the Kinetic Platform to your existing systems. The platform includes pre-built connectors for common enterprise tools and a flexible integration framework for custom connections.

Portals

Portals are self-service interfaces where end users access available services, submit requests, and track status. Portals present a unified view across all connected systems.

How organizations use it

Most organizations start with a high-impact workflow that spans multiple systems — employee onboarding, IT service requests, or a citizen-facing service portal. From there, they expand to additional workflows, building on the integrations and patterns already in place.
