Kinetic Data Wins "Best New Product" Award at World Wide Remedy Users Group Conference

Kinetic Info is industry's first social dashboard of key service delivery metrics for performance management

ST. PAUL, Minn. (October 11, 2013) — Kinetic Data today announced that attendees at the annual World Wide Remedy User Group (WWRUG) Conference voted Kinetic Info "Best New Product." This follows the company’s "Best Customer Service and Support" award from the 2010 WWRUG event and the "Innovator of the Year" award from the 2009 WWRUG event.

WWRUG is an independent conference representing the interests of WWRUG members and all customers and business partners focused on the BMC Remedy Action Request System, BMC Remedy ITSM and the array of related applications and products.

Kinetic Info is a social dashboard of key service delivery metrics and trends that provides clear information and the ability to socially share insights for making improvements to business processes. The cloud application provides managers of shared services business functions, such as IT and human resources, insight into the effectiveness of their business service delivery processes.

"To know that the attendees, who represent our target customers, recognized Kinetic Info as an important new product is great news for us," said John Sundberg, president of Kinetic Data. "This product really encapsulates what we’ve learned about how best to monitor and management performance in a shared services environment."

Kinetic Data chose WWRUG13, which took place Sept. 30 to Oct. 4 in San Jose, Calif., as the venue to announce their newest product. Kinetic Info enables managers and teams to view key metrics and trends from virtually any enterprise data source, and add questions, comments and answers. Discussions are archived with their associated charts and retrievable at any time. The company also was nominated for the "Innovator of the Year," "Best Return on Investment" and "Product of the Year" awards at this year's WWRUG event.
