Office Manager / Administrative Assistant

Position Summary
In your role, the office manager will handle administrative requirements for several executives and a portfolio of responsibilities to assist with customer service, purchasing, human resources and overall management of the office space.  We operate as a “Remote First” environment, with the requirement that people come into the office on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month.  This position can be flexible with office hours, but will require being onsight a minimum of at least 3 days a week (Mon/Wed/Fri).
This is a very fast paced position with multiple projects operating at the same time. Must be able to handle and prioritize several tasks at once while completing them timely and accurately. This position works with numbers on a consistent basis, so strong analytical skills and being detail-oriented are necessary requirements. Our environment is constantly growing and changing and so the employee must have the ability to grow with the job and be willing to learn new tasks.  Must be able to make good decisions and take the initiative to find solutions for problems when others are not available.
Must be computer proficient – Multiple platforms are used to run the business and so you will be expected to gain a high level of comfort and expertise with the tools we use along with basic productivity suite, Google Workplace. 
Required Experience:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar type of role
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management and leadership skills required
  • Knowledge of Excel and/or Google Suite
  • Ability to navigate through different computer systems
  • Ability to research documents and find information
  • Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually
  • Solid problem solving skills to resolve issues as they arise or triage and find solutions
  • Positive attitude coupled with a great work ethic is a must
