The program ensures that third-party products properly integrate with the BMC Remedy AR System and other BMC platforms. BMC-validated products must pass a rigorous third-party QA lab-testing process to ensure compatibility and functionality with a specific BMC product, as defined in a third-party integration summary document called an iNote. The iNote document describes the third-party product's value to the BMC customer and validates that it actually provides that value.
Kinetic Calendar extends the value of BMC Remedy Change Management and other applications by enabling users to create and publish interactive calendars—using any time-based or date-based AR System platform data—with an intuitive, familiar online calendar interface. BMC customers now have the ability to create private and public calendars related to their own specific needs. Calendars may include on-call support schedules, asset lease expirations and forward change calendars, among many other scheduling options.
