Kinetic Integration

Kinetic Integration extends the value of the BMC Remedy help desk and IT management platform by enabling organizations to share and update data from BMC Remedy ARS with other departmental or business partner software systems such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), human resources, and web-based applications.

XML Support:  Create complex XML documents from single or multiple AR System forms.  Allows use of join forms and child forms can be linked via multiple keys.

Multiple Protocols:  Kinetic Integration can send and receive XML via SOAP (web services), XMPP (instant messaging), and FTP (file transfer).

Client API:  Allow third parties to create specialized interactions with Kinetic Integration including packaged SOAP proxies, acknowledgements and error responses.

Easy Monitoring:  Kinetic Integration Console allows users to monitor the activity of services, resend tickets, handle exceptions, and create new integration points.
