Kinetic Data Expands Industry-Leading BMC Remedy Product Portfolio with Kinetic Request

New Product Simplifies Implementation of Service Catalogs, Forms Management and Service Request Management Functionality for ITIL Frameworks

LAS VEGAS, Nev.—February 19, 2007—Kinetic Data, the leading provider of third-party Business Service Management (BSM) tools for the BMC® Remedy® platform, today announced general availability of Kinetic Request—the latest addition to its suite of (BSM) applications and tools. The company will be demonstrating the Kinetic Request solution in the Kinetic Data booth (#206) at Pink Elephant’s 11th annual International IT Service Management Conference & Exhibition, Feb. 19-20, 2007.

Kinetic Request easily integrates with any BMC Remedy Action Request System® (ARS) implementation, streamlining the creation and maintenance of all forms enterprise wide, and simplifying the implementation of service catalogs that manage, fulfill, and store all user service requests.

Kinetic Request can be configured to integrate and display information from other BMC Remedy systems and includes various email notification features that can be configured by a form’s author.
